Who owns the content?
The original articles, notes, explanations, charts and illustrations on this site, and the protected elements of its visual design, belong to Kivancnotes or their respective rights holders. All rights not expressly granted are reserved, to the extent protected by law.
The website’s design and development are credited to Atelance. Rights in that work remain with the relevant rights holders under their agreements.
Market data and facts, ideas, mathematical relationships and public-domain material belong to no one; this page claims no rights over them.
What you can do without asking
- Read the notes.
- Share links to the notes anywhere.
- Quote short passages and use screenshots of explanatory material for non-commercial commentary, review or editorial reference.
When you quote or use a screenshot:
- Clearly credit Kivancnotes and link to the original page.
- Keep the quote as short as your purpose requires, and keep its meaning and context intact.
- Say if you edited or annotated a screenshot.
- Don’t suggest that Kivancnotes approves of or endorses you.
This permission covers only rights Kivancnotes controls. Uses the law allows on its own remain available.
What needs written permission first
Unless a legal exception or a separate licence allows it, get written permission before:
- republishing a whole note or a substantial part of one
- translating or adapting the writing
- reusing original charts or illustrations
- distributing the site’s protected design or custom code
- using the content in commercial publications, paid products, collections or templates
In these cases, giving credit is not enough. Automated scraping does not grant a right to republish either.
Names, logo and fair attribution
The Kivancnotes and Kivanc Notes names, the wordmark and the signature identify this independent publication. Do not use them to:
- impersonate the publication
- credit the writing to someone else
- imply a connection, approval or endorsement that does not exist
Attribute quotes to Kivancnotes, link to the specific page where possible, and keep your own commentary clearly separate from the quote.
Content owned by others
Research, quotations and data cited on this site are governed by each source’s own terms of use. A link to a source does not give permission to reuse it; if you want to use such material, check the source’s terms or ask the rights holder.
Keep the context
The notes are not personalised investment advice.
- When reusing illustrative or simulated charts, say that they are illustrative or simulated.
- Do not present them as real trading records, verified returns or forecasts.
- Keep any condition, explanation or source reference needed to understand a quote correctly.
Permission to quote does not authorise presenting the quote as an official recommendation or endorsement by Kivancnotes.
Asking for permission and reporting a rights issue
To ask for permission or report a rights issue, message the official @kivancnotes account on X.
In a permission request, include:
- the content you want to use and its link
- your purpose and audience
- where and in what format it will appear
- how we can reach you
In a rights notice, also include:
- the work you own or represent
- information supporting your claim
- the exact location of the content on the site
A request must be detailed enough to review. Sending a request does not by itself grant permission.

Uses the law allows, such as quotation with credit, criticism or review, are not limited by the conditions on this page. If Kivancnotes has given you separate written permission, the terms of that permission apply.
The permissions here apply only to content Kivancnotes controls; they are not a claim that every part of a page is protected on its own. The date at the top identifies this version of the notice, not when each work was created.
